Shawn is passionate about training. Regardless of whether he provides his training services as part of his coaching, mentoring and consulting sessions or holding training courses and workshops for public and organizations, he personally enjoys every single moment.

For Shawn, training is more than a simple presentation where an instructor simply reads from slides and shares a couple of points related to the topic at hand. He strongly believes that to provide effective training, an instructor should motivate and encourage attendees in the training sessions to ask their questions, involve them in and discuss training concepts.

He began providing his professional training services almost 20 years ago and have trained many different groups of people such as entrepreneurs, business owners, managers, coaches, project managers, business analysts, graduate students, etc., so far.
